Upon arrival, person in charge stated the unit including cooler and freezer is not working and TCS food needs to be discarded. Verified the unit has an internal temperature of 73 degrees F and TCS food being discarded enternal temperature of 70-75 degrees F. Person in charge stated last time unit was working was 4 days ego or last Thursday and after that business was closed. Repair the unit to be able to maintain the temperature of cooler under 41 degree F and freezer under 0 degrees F Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
