Observed no hot water dispensing from valve at hand sink. Cold water dispensing properly, and hot water dispensing at 3-compartment and prep sink at 110*F. Person in charge reached out to maintenance for repair within 24 hours. Reinspection to occur 1/16/2025. 5-202.12 (A) - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Sinks, Installation. Proper temperature, Mixing Faucet. Observed hand wash sink with hot water knob loose, and valve unable to dispense water. Cold water valve dispensing water at 98*F. Person in charge to have maintenance arrive on site same day and adjust valve. Predefined Comment: Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times.
