Faucet at 3-compartment sink is still functional so that compartments can be filled for warewashing. Spoke with person in charge about needing to repair spray hose at 3-compartment sink and ceasing use of hose from mop sink for warewashing purposes.

Do not use M3 refrigeration unit to house TCS foods for cold holding until unit can maintain TCS foods internally at 41* F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
