Observed in the facility a blue light plug-in pest trap device that has sticky tape and dead bugs on the pad in an outlet above the prep table as you walk in the kitchen. Also observed 2 not in use bug zapping tennis rackets stored on the employee shelf in the back of the facility. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. PIC removed plug-in pest trap and removed the zapping tennis rackets from the facility. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
