The establishment is operating as a Class 4 with 10+ seating, which is not considered a Class 3 permit. The establishment is currently not approved to conduct outdoor cooking operations. Please obtain approval from MCESD prior to conducting outdoor cooking. Outdoor cooking guidance provided to the operator via email.
