Observed employee handwashing sink, by the three-compartment sink, without paper towels available. An employee replaced the paper towels at time of inspection. Discussed maintaining soap, paper towels, and a trash basin near ALL the handwashing sinks. Handwashing sinks to be ALWAYS maintained unobstructed and accessible. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Operation is only retail food and has a hand sink next to three compartment sink in back room. If facility every needs to be an Eating and Drinking establishment the hand sink would be required. Recommendation would be to keep hand sink.
