Observed cooked chicken(77°F) and beef (53°F), reconstituted dried shrimp (73°F), and chopped leafy greens (77°F) sitting out on the counter by the grill. Alerted staff who stated that they brought these items out of the walk in and reconstituted the shrimp within the last 2 hours for a large batch cook they sent out earlier. Staff moved them to the walk in at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of keeping Time Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods below 41°F when not active. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Establishment stated they have intentions to permit the connecting suite for a separate business. The walls between the permitted suite and the non-permitted suite have been removed. Discussed not utilizing the non-permitted suite for food storage for FD2501794.
