Observed no handwashing cleanser available at handwashing station located in warewashing area. Automatic soap dispenser observed in disrepair. Informed PIC handwashing cleanser shall be readily accessible at all times and that individual soap bottles with pump dispenser is an approved alternative. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand soap at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the walk in cooler having a build up of ice on the cooling unit which was also melting onto a metal pan. Walk in cooler is still working properly (blowing air below 41*F). Person in charge states they are getting someone to check the unit out. Discussed the importance of maintaining all cold holding units frequently to ensure they stay working properly. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
