Observed various dairy and nondairy milks at room temp under time as control with no time stamp or documentation of when food is to be discarded. All TCS (time and temperature controlled for safety) food has to be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is 4 hours past the point the TCS food was removed from temperature control. Discussed refrigerating unopened nondairy milks, as all TCS foods on time as control must start at 41*F. Milks were time stamped at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
