observed in the front service area steam tables, pans of cooked /grilled chicken, and shrededed beef at 112-119 deg f . discussed with facility manager. suggested to check the steam table hot water level. noted very low. manager reheated all food pans to 165 deg f . also, manager refilled the food steam table with hot water. please ensure tcs food is kept at minimum 135 deg f or higher. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a cart holding used containers and utensils placed in front of the hand wash sink in the kitchen. The hand wash sink was not accessible at time of inspection. All hand wash sinks must be accessible at all times. Manager moved the cart away from the hand wash sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
