proper storage of utensils in between use, reviewed. noted facility has a dipper well with water in it. scoops were inside the water. temperature indicating 70 deg f . discussed with manager. per manager awaiting a new dipper well to be installed. meanwhile, the frequency of cleaning the scoops/changing the dipper well water reviewed. . manager will coach staff on draining and sanitizing the food scoops till new dipper well available. may also just keep the dipped well pan empty, and just change utensils as needed.
