No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed.Inspector observed an odor coming from the bathroom. The odor can be observed throughout the establishment. Person in charge (PIC) should have a plumber out to inspect. Employee stated that the smell started after a change was made outside with the trash bins. While inspector was washing hands at the hand sink. The water started running high and splashing out. The force of the water made a strange noise. Employee said they had not seen that occur and that it might be that someone is working on the lines in the back. It looked like there were large air bubbles in the line. Please have a plumber look into these issues.

Observed that the wall and doorframe in the back room with the cold holding units has gaps and openings. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that repairs need to be made so that it is in good condition, smooth, and easily cleanable. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

There was no approved hand drying provision at any of the hand sinks (behind front counter, near 3-comp sink in the back, and bathroom) at time of inspection. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all hand wash sinks need to be supplied with an approved hand drying provision. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC is the only person working and is unable to go get paper towels. ***Re-inspection is scheduled for 05/28/2025*** Establishment shall have proper, approved hand drying provision at each or the three hand wash sinks by re-inspection. Observed a spray bottle with cleaner in it that did not have a label hanging on the hand wash sink behind the front counter. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all cleaners and chemicals need to have a label to reduce risk of chemical contamination. PIC used a marker to write the name on the spray bottle at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
