Inspector's notes

Observed multiple small tubs of flavored cream cheese spreads held in a reach-in refrigeration unit near the prep-line registering internal temperatures between 66°F-68°F. Per manager, the containers of cream cheese spread were placed in the unit the previous night. Upon further investigation, the refrigeration unit was unplugged and disconnected from power. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. The manager voluntarily discarded the containers of cream cheese spread at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
