Observed the main lights turned off in the kitchen. The light source was from an industrial work light. On inspectors phone's light meter, it was reading at 24.5 foot candles on the prep table near the light. Other areas of the kitchen were lower. All lighting in food prep areas must be 50 foot candles or higher. Lights were turned on at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
