Observed a pile of empty boxes in storage area and trash/litter throughout parking lot of facility. Discussed with PIC that physical facility requires to be free of trash/litter.

Observed handwashing sink in between ice machine and 3-compartment sink blocked by a trash can and with a box inside the sink basin. Sink was cleared of obstructions at the time of inspection. All handwashing sinks must be accessible during all business hours and should be used for no other purposes besides handwashing to prevent contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed multiple bags of ice without labels. Ensure packages are labeled with the name of product, processor name, processor address or phone number, ingredients and approximate weight. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed multiple expired food items such as; gallons of milk, cases of individual milk bottles, and cases of egg bites in walk-in cooler blocking access to freezer door. Items were clearly set aside from TCS food items intended for sale. Per manager, items are being held for credit from distributer. Discussed contacting distributer again to remove items. Ensure all unnecessary items are removed from establishment. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
