Inspector's notes

Observed cloth towels used for cleaning grill inside hand wash sink basin as well as no paper towels/hand drying provision at hand wash sink. PIC relocated cloth towels blocking handwash sink to "wash" compartment of 3-compartment sink at time of inspection. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection and was instructed to keep towels within 6 feet of hand sink. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
