Inspector's notes
Observed the faucet at the handwashing sink in the beverage area to be not operating. According to PIC, the sensor on the faucet may be faulty. The faucet is not providing warm water for handwashing. The closest handwashing sink to the beverage area is around a couple of corners, around 25 feet or less, and not in eyesight of the beverage station that has open foods to prepare customer's beverages. A handwritten out of order sign had been placed on the handwashing sink. PIC contacted maintenance during the inspection. Handwashing facilities are critical to food protection and must be maintained in operating order at all times so they will be used. A HANDWASHING SINK shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 38oC (100oF) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Observed in use dish machine with food containers inside unit. Unit is dispensing 0ppm chlorine. Unit was tested 3 times all with 0ppm chlorine concentration with inspector and establishment test strips. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). Unit will be shut down until repaired. Establishment will be using working three compartment sink. ====Food safety concentration for chlorine is 50ppm-100ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
