*2nd repeat* Observed back side stainless double door fridge holding cabeza, raw steak, raw chicken, carne asada pollo asada, raw trompo, and beans 44-46*f degrees. Per PIC fridge verified working this morning. Also observed salsa bar holding red, green, and orange salsas 47-50*f degrees. Per PIC all items had been out of temperature less than 4 hours. All items moved to other operational double door fridges to cool. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
