Observed ice scoop being stored directly on top of ice machine without container. Additionally observed boxes of single-use utensils being stored on the floor. Discussed with PIC that equipment, utensils, linens and single-service and single-use articles should be stored in a clean, dry location; where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. PIC moved items and will train staff on proper storage. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
