Per employee, salsa was added to the salsa bar three hours prior to the time of inspection. Establishment uses ice in the salsa bar and employee added more ice at the time of inspection. Handwashing sinks shall be maintained so accessible at all times and not used for other purposes than handwashing. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing and PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection. Reviewed datemarking parameters with PIC. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
