Inspector's notes

Observed food debris on the blade of the deli meat slicer across from the cold salad case. PIC stated that the slicer was cleaned last night and had not been used today. PIC directed deli associate to disassemble the slicer and wash/rinse/sanitize in the dish washing area. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Hand washing sink in the deli area near the raw protein walk-in cooler was leaking at the basin of the sink. PIC placed a work order in to have the sink repaired.
