Employee working at the rear cash register area put on gloves and went to fill ice in an ice bucket for the front counter area without washing hands. The employee was asked to wash hands and did so. FOOD EMPLOYEES shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms before engaging in FOOD preparation including working with exposed FOOD, clean EQUIPMENT and UTENSILS, and unwrapped SINGLESERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. Noted the fish steamer was installed with the wrong type of backflow device. Please provide a reduced pressure zone (RPZ) assembly (ASSE 1013) at the water connection point of the equipment. Device can be brass. Provide a drain cup for the vent port of the device. Drainpipe must be rigid and indirectly discharge to the nearest floor sink with minimum 1" air gap from the finished floor. Certify the device and send report to inspector.
