Observed case of individual 8oz milk containers in walk-in cooler holding at 50*F. Per employee, milk had been in cooler since Tuesday (2 days prior) and was embargoed/discarded. Walk-in cooler was also holding at 50.1*F at time of inspection per inspector and facility thermometer - only TCS in cooler was milk-instructed employee to ensure cooler is repaired so that it holds at 41*F or below before placing any TCS foods in it. Ensure all TCS foods are kept at 41*F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
