Inspector's notes

Observed leaky plumbing underneath the hand sink located at the back of the store near the ice machine. In addition, observed a spray nozzle connected to the hose at the mop sink at the rear of the store with the water turned on. Discussed repairing the leaky plumbing and maintaining the spray nozzle disconnected from the hose when not in use with the manager. The establishment shall maintain all plumbing in good repair. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
