2nd Repeat Violation. Observed an employee handle raw chicken, change their gloves, and then handle a paper cover for a plate for ready to eat foods. Anytime an employee switches tasks from raw food to ready to eat (RTE) food, RTE food contact surfaces, or raw food with a lower minimum cook temperature, they must wash their hands. Employee was corrected and paper cover for the plate was replaced.

On the same cook line, observed an employee handle raw chicken, change gloves, then handle ready to eat chicken without washing their hands. Anytime an employee goes from raw food to ready to eat foods, a full handwash must be completed prior to dawning new gloves. Employees were corrected and washed hands at time of inspection.
