In some locations it is required. This location does not need the disclosure markings on the shrimp and fish. No parasite destruction letters were on site and discussed the requirement of said letters if the menu indicated the fish and shrimp may be undercooked. Instructed establishment to have the markings removed from the fish and shrimp.

Observed at beginning of inspection, employee coming out of restroom after using the facilities. Manager confirmed they used the bathroom. Employee proceeds to engage in food activites after entering the kitchen and didn't wash their hands after entering the kitchen. Talked to manager about handwashing policy and a 2nd handwashing is needed when entering kitchen after restroom use. Emloyee washed hands at the dedicated hand sink Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
