Inspector's notes
Observed containers of hotdogs without date marks inside walk-in cooler. Per food employee, hot dogs were removed from freezer and thawed inside walk-in cooler two days prior to inspection. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking shall be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All containers of hotdogs were properly date marked at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed no accurate test strips at time of inspection. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in MG/L (ppm) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Accurate test kit/ device must be available. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Establishment shall provide appropriate sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 9/3/25.

Observed accumulation of beige organic matter in floor sink below food preparation handwash sink. Physical facility shall be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Establishment shall clean food preparation floor sink prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.11 - Core: Repairing -Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Addl Notes: Observed hole in wall behind employee bathroom handwash sink. All floors, walls, and ceilings shall be maintained and kept in good repair at all times such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Establishment shall repair bathroom wall prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
