Observed sliced roast beef 46*f, sliced Italian cold cut meats 46*f, and shredded lettuce 51*f degrees overfilled on sandwich make line. Per PIC items had been stocked less than 4 hours prior. Items moved to walk-in to cool at time of inspection. Discussed not overfilling TCS line items.
