Inspector's notes

Observed dishes in sanitizer bay in three-compartment sink. Sanitizer tested 0ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer. PIC replaced empty sanitizer container and sanitizer tested within approved concentration at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Food-contact surfaces were properly sanitized at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Any substance(s) added to food must be GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) and/or used consistent with all legal requirements. The permit holder is responsible for ensuring that their menu items comply. Education was provided on 5/8/25 and 1/20/26.
