During inspection observed a sanitizer bottle with a QUAT concentration above 500ppm. Upon request the sanitizer bottle was diluted to establish a QUAT concentration of 200ppm. Please ensure to use chemicals at the appropriate chemical concentration. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
