Inspector's notes

Observed a used large white rice scoop sitting in standing room temperature water (72°F) with cooked rice kernels floating in the water. The rice scoop had been in the water for less than one hour and was removed from the water at time of inspection. In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection. Discussed requirements with staff. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
