String cheese and yogurt with an internal temperature of 47-49*F. Person in charge stated they were unsure of how long the foods were out of temperature and voluntarily discarded. Frozen sandwiches were moved to neighboring unit to hold at 41*F and below. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B) - Priority: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding.
