No County legal action will result from this inspection.Report emailed. Person-in-charge (PIC) was emailed guidance on cleaning up vomiting and diarrheal events. Establishment was observed to have kegged cold brew kept past discard date of 5/27. Establishment receives kegged cold brew from a permitted establishment with a variance for kegged cold brew. PIC disconnected and placed aside kegs until they can be picked up from the distributor. Educated PIC on ensuring kegged cold brew is used or discarded before or on the listed discard date provided by the distributor. Discussed with PIC that any toilet room used by people who use sanitary products shall be provided with a covered receptacle for said sanitary products.
