In the back by the Korean dog cooler, observed a pitcher being stored in the handwashing sink. In the front bar, observed dishes and a sponge being stored in the handwashing sink. All handwashing sinks must be kept clear to promote proper handwashing.

Inspector's notes
In the walk in cooler, observed raw whole eggs above various raw vegetables. Manager moved them to proper storage. In the Korean dog prep unit, observed 2 containers of prepped, cracked eggs stored on a shelf above a gallon of milk. Manager moved eggs to the bottom of the unit. All raw animal proteins must be stored below ready to eat foods.

Predefined Comment: All raw animal proteins must be stored below ready-to-eat (RTE) foods and stored according to cooking temperature at all times to prevent cross contamination. PIC properly stored all raw animal proteins according to the final cooking temperature based on the cooking parameters in § 3-401.11 of the Food Code. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
Inspector's notes
In the employee restroom, observed 2 large pesticide sprayers and a can of aerosol pesticides. All pesticides must be applied by a certified applicator. Establishment does have an approved company that applies pesticides once a month. Instructed establishment to remove pesticides.

PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

At the three compartment sink, the establishment uses a quat sanitizer. At time of inspection, no test strips for quat sanitizer were available. Sanitizer test strips must be kept available at all times. Please obtain test strips prior to re-inspection.
