Inspector's notes

Observed raw ground beef burger patties cooked to 125-150*F out of broiler. Several rounds of burgers were placed into broiler and tested with calibrated thermometer. Per manager, broiler temperature had been recently adjusted, and was turned back up during inspection. Burgers were voluntarily discarded, and new batch of burger patties were observed properly cooked to at least 155*F at time of inspection after broiler was adjusted. All raw animal proteins must reach a final cooking temperature based on the cooking parameters in § 3-401.11 of the Food Code. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
