Observed accumulation of dust and dirt of ceiling panels above cook line and near ice machine. Also observed accumulation of organic matter inside soda gun holder in bar area. Discussed with PIC that the Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris.
