Observed a ladle, knives, and a pizza cutter, stored as clean on magnetic strips and on the drying rack, with dried food debris and residue on the food-contact surfaces of the utensils at time of inspection. Discussed cleaning procedures with PIC. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
