Observed another employee handling dirty dish towels, put on hand sanitizer, then start to place on gloves to portion desserts without washing hands. Gloved cook sweeping floor, then picked up broom from floor, and continue to grill sandwiches without washing hands or changing gloves. Hands must be washed after handling contaminated items and before handling foods or clean dishes. Person in charge had employees remove gloves, wash hands, and place new gloves before returning to station. PRIORITY VIOLATION-2-301.14 - Priority: When to Wash.
