Observed handwash sink in back of kitchen near walk-in cooler with a temperature of 73F. Informed PIC that handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F. Emergency maintenance arrived on-site during time of inspection and adjusted sink to supply water reading over 100F. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
