Observed individually wrapped tamales being sold for self serve as a grab-and-go item. The tamales are properly packaged with proper self service utensils but are missing a food label. Each individual tamale to be sold for grab-and-go will need a food label with the following: Name of Product, Processor Name, Processor Address or Phone Number, Ingredients, Approximate Weight, and be In English. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
