Observed the main unit holding TCS Food not having a locking mechanism. Without showing proof of a functioning locking mechanism there is a risk of product becoming out of temperature and failing to automatic shut off via locking mechanism. Please ensure locking mechanism is installed and works properly in order to get the permit approved. Corrective Action: Correct at once.
