Please address the following items: 1). Provide a door closer on the dining room exterior door. 2). The back door next to the restroom has some gaps, please close to make sure pests can't enter the store. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Please address the following plumbing issued: 1). Provide drainage for the ice machine. Being that it is only water you could create a dry well away from the structure. (4 x 4 wide and 3 feet deep or so to capture the water). See if you can plumb in a p-trap being that the drain line goes outside and make sure you provide an air gap where the ice machine drain meets the drain that runs to the outside. 2). Please zip tie the pull out down at the hand wash sink at the ice machine. 3). Please repair the hot water valve on the kitchen hand wash sink that is tight. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-202.11 - Core: Light Bulbs, Protective Shielding Addl Notes: Please change out the glass light bulbs at the ice machine area with plastic LED lights or install light shields. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
