Inspector's notes

While door was closed on unit, observed gap between door and seal near door handle. Repair/replace seal to ensure no gaps. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 2, Reg. 6g - All Micro Market display units offering time/temperature controlled for safety food shall be equipped with a self-closing door, an automatic shut-off device, and shall comply with all applicable regulations of this code as determined by the Department. Addl Notes: Observed TCS food items such as cheeseburgers, burritos, meat & cheese snack packs, and hard boiled eggs in display cooler with no self-locking mechanism. A re-inspection will occur by 11/13/25 to verify locking mechanism has been installed. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
