Observed heavy grease buildup on hoods above grill. Discussed with person in charge importance of keeping up with hoods to prevent drippage. Observed ice buildup on door seal preventing freezer door from fully closing. Discussed scraping the doorway with PIC to allow door to fully close. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.11 - Core: Repairing -Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Addl Notes: Observed pipe attached to Kay water filtration cartridge near three-compartment sink stuck hanging out over tile instead of drain. Discussed with person in charge getting a work order to put pipe back in place to prevent water from continuing to pool in hall. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection.
