Observed reach-in cooler containing cream cheese, yogurt, and milk with air thermometer reading 30 °F. Observed ambient air temperature of 41 °F in cooler as measured with min/max holding thermometer. A properly calibrated air thermometer is required for any cooler used to store time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods. Must provide accurate air thermometer prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
