Inspector's notes

-- Multiple containers of chicken strips in warming drawer had internal temperatures ranging from 105°F-115°F using probing thermometer. All other TCS items in unit had hot holding temperatures at 135°F or higher. The PIC noticed they were placed in slots that were not turned on and kept heated. At the time of inspection, the chicken strips were voluntarily discarded. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
