Observed the facility at the 3 compartment sink is using soap and rinsing off dishes, but no sanitizer is available. Manager was able to find a bucket of bleach and temporarily using bleach at the sanitizer station. Ensure there is sanitizer present and used in the 3rd basin of the 3 compartment sink. Immerse dishes for at least 10 seconds in bleach. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. First repeat violation.

Observed the facility has no sanitizer for the 3 compartment sink and dishwashing. Talked to manager and they don't do a sanitizer step at the 3 compartment sink. Talked to staff about dishwashing techniques. Ensure that all dishes are soaped up, rinsed off with clean water, and sanitized for 10 seconds (bleach) or at least 30 seconds (quat santiizer) then air dried at the 3 compartment sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Sanitizer was obtained and brought to the 3 compartment sink. It was set correctly during the inspection.
