Observed no hand wash signage for either restroom. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands must be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and must be clearly visible to food employees. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed blanched fries with an internal temperature range of 57F-60F located in the prep table near the flat top. Per cook, the fries were blanched less than 2 hours prior to the inspection and moved to the prep table for service. Discussed proper cooling methods with the PIC. The cook moved the blanched fries to the freezer for rapid cooling. TCS foods must be cooled in: uncovered/loosely covered, shallow containers less than 4 inches deep, in equipment designed to rapidly cool, by using an ice bath, by using ice as an ingredient, or another effective means. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
