Observed hand sink on front counter without soap at time of inspection. PIC provided soap for handwash sink at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed unapproved non-GRAS additives offered for sale in drinks. Items including Organic Hemp, Goji Berry, Bee Pollen, Concentrated Sea Water, De-ionized water, Ginko Biloba, Cordyceps sinenisis, Mucuna pruriens, Maca, Pouteria lucuma, Pumpkin seed protein powder, Rishi Powder, Tremella fuciformis, Moringa leaf, Garcinia Mangostana, Chaga powder, Hippophae rhamnoides (sea buckthorn), Collagen, buckwheat, trace minerals and Lions mane. Food may not contain unapproved food additives or additives that exceed acceptable limits. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
