Observed establishment uses bleach for sanitizing, but does not have testing strips on site. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Instructed PIC to obtain new strips to ensure sanitizer solution can be properly tested. Obtain prior to re-inspection on 9/11/26 (proof may be sent electronically). Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 9/11/26.
